PEGGY O'NEAL is a founding partner in The Academy of Coaching. She is a Certified Management Effectiveness Coach and is a
co-creator of The Academy of Coaching's Management Coaching Program.TMShe is a management consultant, coach, attorney and workshop facilitator who has
devoted the past fifteen years to leadership training and personal achievement for individuals and businesses. She coaches clients both to establish goals and the strategic plans to
accomplish them, to enhance communication and leadership skills and to improve quality of performance and service.
She works in close partnership with businesses, groups and individuals to design
unique programs for them. Proven coaching principles are used to powerfully intervene in problem areas, situations and behaviors, and to promote new
practices, thinking and solutions that support her clients in becoming successful and self-sustaining.
Peggy has led workshops in communication, leadership and coaching for more
than 8,000 people in the United States, Hong Kong,
and Russia. She has coached hundreds of individuals toward constructive personal change, team development, creating trusting relationships and
increased financial security. She has held high-level management positions and has served on several nonprofit Boards of Directors.
Before becoming a facilitator and coach, Peggy practiced law for 13 years. She served as an Assistant Attorney General and as State Purchasing Director in
Arkansas, then started her own law practice, specializing in business and corporate law. She also worked for the Federal Labor Relations Authority in
Washington, D.C., administering trainings in labor-management relations.
Peggy is a member of the Arkansas Bar Association. She holds a Bachelor of
Arts degree in Social Welfare and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville.
