A Two-Day Workshop Exploring How to Effectively Coach in an Organization
Coaching in an organization, be it a corporation, medium to large-size business or a non-profit institution, has distinct aspects.
Understanding these will lead to more effective coaching in the work place and an enhanced ability to make an impact. Companies are finding that coaching helps executives and other key staff become more
effective, resulting in more satisfied employees, more satisfied customers and higher profits.
Coaching in Business is designed for professional coaches who desire to
enhance their effectiveness in the organizational environment. As a result of your participation in the program you will:
- Have the ability to recognize and communicate opportunities for coaching.
- Explore issues unique to business and approaches for addressing them.
- Build confidence in your ability to interact with executives and managers.
- Learn how to create a working relationship with your client and maintain confidentiality even when the business is paying for your services.
- Be more effective in marketing yourself to businesses.
Coaching in Business consists of two full days and a follow-up coaching session with one of the workshop leaders.
