Management Coaching Program   [overview]

This rigorous and exciting nine-month program leads to certification as a Certified Management Effectiveness Coach. The program is for managers, executives, CEOs, business owners, team leaders, coaches and anyone committed to empowering people.

Developing coaching skills requires both time and a variety of approaches. We include workshop sessions, individual and group coaching between sessions and coaching practice assignments. You will experience being coached and will receive individual attention.

The Art of Coaching   [overview]

Learn the key principles and practices for powerful coaching: what it is, how to set it up, maintaining working relationships with clients and staff, how to coach and how to avoid pitfalls.

Building Your Coaching Practice   [overview]

Successful coaches are adept at both business basics and coaching. This workshop gives you the fundamentals for establishing a successful coaching practice, including setting up fundamental business practices and systems, marketing you and your coaching services, enrolling clients and maintaining the coaching relationship and expanding your abilities as a coach.

Coaching in Business   [overview]

Coaching in an organization has distinct aspects. Understanding these will lead to more effective coaching in the work place. This program is designed for professional coaches who desire to enhance their effectiveness in the organizational environment.

Big Players Roundtable  

Would you like to double your income in nine months? Learn and embody the secrets to creating abundance and fulfillment? Be able to continue to increase your income exponentially? Participants meet as a group once a month for coaching and training of sound financial principles and practices. Each person will also have a monthly individual coaching session.
