MANAGEMENT COACHING PROGRAM


CURRICULUM OVERVIEW

Overall

The Management Coaching Program gives you the fundamentals of effective coaching and begins your journey toward mastery. The course is conducted as a demonstration of effective coaching, maintaining a coaching environment and an ongoing inquiry into the art of empowering others. Each weekend of the program builds upon previous work and develops participants' skills in the following areas:
